What makes him tick?
Tyrone has an undeniable passion for helping others achieve great things through fitness. His motivation is to aid people in their quest to continuously reach new levels of well-being.
Coaching style
Tyrone’s coaching style is that of a natural motivator. He is very aware, and feels it is important to encourage with the right amount of energy at the right times.
You’ll get a high level of diversity when training with Tyrone, so you’ll always find your sessions interesting, and you will most definitely leave your sessions feeling a million bucks!
Top training tip
Make training a priority. Exercise should be right up there on our things to do list with eating, bathing, using the toilet and work . Remember, food is your fuel, your body is a machine, and exercise is your machines maintenance.
Personal philosophy
It’s important for one to push beyond their boundaries. Many of us are happy to stay within our comfort zones. It’s easy to do the things that make you feel comfortable by steering clear of more challenging tasks. But if we look back at the most challenging times in our lives, you’ll find that’s where the biggest leap of personal progression is found.
So I encourage everyone that I meet to step out of their comfort zones and try things that you may not have tried before, and take things to the next level.
“Only those who are willing to risk going too far, can possibly find out how far one can go”.
