Joined the royal navy at 18 years old where I was introduced to circuit training and serious boxing tournaments. absolutely loved both these became a major part of my life for the next 7 years. by the time I was 20, I had fought my way into the royal navy boxing squad, where I represented the rn in boxing tournaments. at 23 I was navy champion at a light heavyweight.
after leaving the rn I went to become a coach at bk movers amateur boxing club, where I gain coaching qualifications in boxing and fitness instructing.

I went on to become the matchmaker and head coach of the club for 8 years. after the amateurs, I went on to the professional coach. I was part of the training team of British heavyweight contender Keith long who was the best boxer from my amateur boxing club (bk movers).

I now coach people for fitness or competitive boxing.
